You may use this form to submit your upcoming production to the Rideau Awards jury.

YOU MUST APPLY A MINIMUM OF 30 days prior to your opening night.

If you are a profit-share or are using some other form of professional agreement, you MUST provide additional detail, and you may be asked to provide backup documentation, such as a copy of the profit-share agreement.
